What brands does Roatech repair?

We work with all brands and models.

If I leave my device in Roatech what happens to my personal information?

Your personal information will not be checked by third parties. Please be aware that if you do not request a data recovery service, personal folders or documents will not be opened.

How long does it take to diagnose my equipment?

The minimum diagnostic time is 24 hours. However, if your equipment requires parts or a more detailed evaluation, the diagnostic time could be longer than 24 hours.

How much does a repair cost?

The repair price will vary depending on the type of service and replacement parts if necessary. This is why all equipment must be diagnosed by our technician before giving you a free estimate.

Do you offer Express Service?

No. We offer the best service for our clients, so we take the time necessary to provide an accurate and professional diagnosis. However, each case is different and can be evaluated to determine if it qualifies for express service.

Do I need to make an appointment?

No. However, we encourage you to contact us to find out our availability.

Do you have all the parts of the equipment in stock?

No. Each device and model mostly use different part numbers. However, if we don't have the part in stock we can order it for you.

How long do orders take to arrive?

In most cases 5-10 business days if the parts are in the country. If the part is imported, the estimated minimum time is 30 business days.

Do you use used parts for repairs?

No, everything is new and with warranty.

Do you offer warranty for parts and services?

The warranty for parts is 15 days. The warranty service is 30 days. The warranty for the hinge repair service is 6 months. No additional payments are required to use the warranty service. The warranty only covers the service that has been provided.

Do you buy used equipment?

No. It is important to us to offer a warranty to all our customers. That is one of the reasons we do not buy used equipment.

However, we do have a free recycling program.

Does Roatech need to make a quote?

We only need the information about the brand, model and the type of service you need to offer you a free quote.

How can I know the model of my device?

A manufacturer's label can be seen on the bottom of most laptops. The model number, serial number, and other details are typically included. The label might also be on the laptop's side or back. For Apple products, the model usually begins with the letter "A" followed by four digits.
