During the service:

1. To allow remote support, please provide our team your Partner ID & Password given by TeamViewer.
2. You will have a free diagnostic.
3. If you want to repair it, our team will send you by email the invoice to pay through a secure platform by yourself. (We receive all payment methods.)
4. Our team will repair your device for you.
