Roatech Policies

Honesty is our best policy.

product policies

  • The invoice or receipt is required for all returns or exchanges.
  • Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of purchase for a credit or exchange in the original tender.
  • Products must be returned in new and unworn condition, with all original packaging, tags, and certificates of authenticity. 
  • Any products returned without their original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
  • Any products that are resized, altered, or otherwise damaged after delivery, won't be accepted for return.
  • Licenses, Antivirus, Operating Systems, Gift Cards, Electronic Gift Cards or any Digital Products are not refundable.
  • A valid ID must be presented at the time of credit or exchange.
  • Services, shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Roatech Inc. reserves the right to limit or deny returns.

  • All equipment received by Roatech Inc. is considered used or damaged.
  • You are aware that your equipment is used or has damage at the moment you bring it to us.
  • Every equipment needs to be diagnosed by a team member before any repair, replacement or update.
  • If during diagnostic, any service or repair is performed; diagnostic fee won't be applied. Charges on technical support will be applied ($50 - $250) depending on time spent, services and supplies used.
  • Diagnostic could take 24 hours or longer, depending on parts available.
  • Payments on services are not refundable.
  • Warranty on repairs by the customer is 1 month on services.
  • Warranty only covers services provided and performed by Roatech Inc.
  • We are not responsible for any equipment passed 60 days period.
  • The warranty in the following cases will be void by: 


  1. Mishandling or negligence by the customer in the use of  equipment. 
  2. After the stipulated time period of warranty.

  • Roatech Inc. requires federal taxpayer identification number (TIN) from all vendors.

  • All information about our vendors or distributors is completely confidential and will not be shared or disclosed with any of our customers.
